if it needs this much explanation i would assume the worst...
1) VOXR is a shell. In late-March I (showmethedollars) contacted The IR Firm about any reverse merger candidates they may have. They replied they know someone involved in gold mining
/discovery looking to do a R/M and so I put The IR Firm in touch with VOXR principal Joseph Torkan.
2) As of right now the VOXR principal is doing DD on the mine. The mine owners name is Paul per my conversation with The IR Firm.

3) VOXR lost $6M before it became a shell and they want all of that and more back. With them owning almost all of the outstanding VOXR shares, I'm pitching to VOXR principal Joseph Torkan to cancel the shares they own and recieve warrants in the new company. This way, if roughly 10M shares get cancelled, the owner of the mine would give himself 10M shares of stock or so and keep the O/S tiny at around 12M and the PPS high. Our shares that we own would be the float. Then, in the future as the gold mine begins production or gets interest from a major miner, the VOXR owners of the warrants can exercise at that point in time. Even if they do not take warrants, the O/S here is still tiny, and metal R/M's on the pinks lately like FOGC traded between $30M and $120M.
3) There is $100,000 in IRS debt owed from VOXR right now before any R/M can proceed, and they are trying to get it reduced. When the final number is in, a few of the VOXR partners are looking to pay the debt and recieve some shares in the new company

Its comical to hear these replies. Its as if im suppose to be daytrading and getting out each day?? Welcome to penny stock/shell stock world. Unless its $0.00 please stop with your dribble. It will go up in the next week and ill be cashing in and getting the last laugh on this. Stocks go up and down like clockwork. I never said get in and sell at end of day. This is a HOLD until I get to around .50 cents at least! Its heading for a R/M pretty soon. I will make $$$ off this. If it hits $0.00 by all means rip me to shreds, but I will double or triple my investment before it ever hits that!

That stock hitting .50cents would be like a normal stock going from $10 to $1000.

I guess you will have to learn the hardway like everyone else.
